Smaller version of Sephora, but a nice quick option for Kenosha. They carry more Urban Decay than Ulta (which is just a few stores down). Staff is always super helpful and very approachable.
It’s a JCPenney’s. Clothes , shoes , home decor , home goods, portrait studio, hair salon . Your basic JCPenney…..but it’s a nice, clean , well stocked store.
Check-in for good discounts and specials and be nice to the cashiers ; they're lovely people.
