Try the "Black Top," it was recommended by the 'Ambassador of Awesomeness' aka best-friend of the owner. It's a mix of stout and barley. Love!

Was only able to try 3 different kinds. All3 were very good, but the Chinwag was incredible. In my top 2 beers I've ever tried. Very easily the best.

No surprise that the best traditional ale brewery in the region makes some good lagers , and has fantastic guest taps.

Try anything on the cask . If you're unsure if you're sophisticated enough to enjoy beer at the proper temperature, just get a 10oz.

The beer is really good and the have cask brews! I like pale ale and I though the Lake Lightning was a different but very good! ????

For those that haven't been to an English pub before, you MUST order at the bar . Every once in a while, if you know the bartender and it's slow, they may bring you a beer , but don't expect it.

Order the Gilpin Black Gold, possibly the best brew in town . Also, it's way faster to order at the bar , even if you have a table.
