Beaumont was erected in 1928. It marks the northeast corner of College Hall, the nation's first building dedicated to agricultural science and the first building on MSU's campus, built in 1855. Read more
In 2009, Archaeologists discovered the Northeast Corner of College Hall, MSU's 1st building built in 1855, under the sidewalk running along the east side of Beaumont. The building collapsed in 1918. Read more
