Executive room with 2adults & 2teenagers. Nice breakfast , lovely bar-lounge, limited parking space and the best part is the location. In the shopping city centre. Thanks Novotel.

Stayed for 6 nights. Tiny room and no pool ,but good breakfast ,perfect location, clean room , helpful staffs , and easy wifi .

Really friendly and helpful staff . The food is good too downstairs and they also have paid parking downstairs which is quite handy in this part of town .

Nice clean hotel , very central and with very polite and helpful staff . If you have multiple devices ask for more than one free wifi code.

Centrally located amongst The Hague main shopping area. It's in the beautiful building called The Passage. Free Internet connection for Shell guests.

Perfecte ligging t.o.v. centrum, kamers schoon en netjes, ontbijt heerlijk, personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maar de bedden?! Pfff, keihard. Zo jammer!

Dankzij de centrale ligging is het hotel zeer geschikt voor een zakelijk verblijf of een weekendje weg.

In april is ook het restaurant en de bar compleet vernieuwd.

Personeel heeft niet altijd in de gaten dat je aan de bar staat. Na half uur maar weg gegaan.
