Serving everything from pineapple juice-infused cold brews to house black served in hand-painted cups, Amber also turns into a wine bar in the evening if you’re looking for a nightcap or two!

In a busy part of the Central/Sheung Wan, but the interior is on point and peaceful . Love the cup design. Coffee is on the smaller size but nice and smooth.

This is by no means a scientific review of the coffee , but somewhat oddly, there is a strong hint of tea flavours in the brew - something I enjoyed on this occasion. I had a flat white .

Good coffee taste of all milk-based options. Seating not very comfortable .
