One of the best hotels in the area. Everyone is sooo friendly , especially Shima at the executive lounge , she is an amazing hostess . She makes our stay worth it, she is very kind and always helpful.
Great ambiance, a wonderful event hotel . There's even a private spa on the property, as well as direct access to the Tysons Corner Mall !
After a day of retail therapy, aching muscles are well healed with our Mall Recovery Massage . The aromas of cooling spearmint and rosemary relieve the tension in your muscles to recharge your body.
Comfortable beds and located in the middle of it all, but you always will have this nagging feeling because you have to pay for everything, from self-parking to internet access.
Enjoy live jazz entertainment by the Christopher Linman Jazz Ensemble every Friday evening beginning at 8:30 p.m. while sipping on specialty cocktails or a selection of more than 60 wines by the glass
Thanks to Kierra at front desk our stay here was really good. She helped us with our requests and provided us with services that makes you feel welcomed at a 5 ⭐️’s hotel .
Due to the hurricane Sandy the hotel provided 2 movie rooms for the kids and a game room full of board games . Always the top service! What an amazing hotel :)
Ask about our selection of the finest wines served exclusively from our enomatic wine dispenser in the Entyse Lounge or Club Lounge .
Don't miss the Dogwood sculpture hanging above the entrance fireplace , paying homage to Virginia's state flower .
Shima is amazing and an absolute pleasure to visit with when we are at the Ritz. Her customer service is top notch!
The club level has an amazing hostess , Shima . She provides the highest level of service that I have ever experienced at any Ritz Carlton .

This is a great hotel ... it was an experience to stay at such hotel !
The hotel shuttle will drive you anywhere in the Tysons area. Very useful when you've got dinner reservations elsewhere.
Just showed Shima (on the club level) everyone's wonderful comments. She's very flattered and grateful!

They have a great restaurant : ENTYSE ! It's a place to spot the power players of DC and they have a great shopping package special if you are a guest of the hotel !
The service is impeccable! The rooms are awesome!
Al the bell hop and Gilbert on the front desk are awesome! Tip Al well and he will take care of you :)
Fantastic hotel . As expected at another Ritz Carlton property.
I think its the best choice in washington ( luxury + quite + good room size + attached mall + close to HW)
The renovated rooms are great!
Very stuffy, which is expected from a RC. Not enough power outlets in the rooms.
What's good here? Weddings. The best of them!!
A decent hotel where no luxury ones around!!
Starbucks is in the mall that is attached to the hotel . Also, Neimans, Macy's, Sachs, Legal Seafood , Maggianos, PF Changs, etc
One of the best hotels in the dc area...
Free Wifi in the mall that is attached to the Ritz. Lots of comfortable sitting areas in the mall , so don't pay for Wifi in the hotel .
The presidential suite has 3 bathrooms and electric toilets
Fancy room ✋???? but the stuff is that good
This hotel is an absolute gem in Tyson 's Corner. Solid service. Never had a bad experience here.
Paprika treatment and vitamin C facial is the best. Great staff Sophie and Patricia.
Shima is the reason we go back to the Ritz. She's wonderful and amazingly kind.
????The only thing that I like about this hotel is the direct access to the mall .????their beds are the worst ever The DO NOT DISTURB or Privacy sign means nothing to the ????housekeeping.
the ritz-carlton bottled water is not crisp and refreshing like voss or fiji water.
The Starbucks downstairs is a great place to get a quick snack !
The Entyse restaurant & bar is really nice. Excellent food & solid service.
Drinking martini then more shopping!!!
Drinks are pricey but they are worth it if you are sharing them with "the one"
I love it❤️
Superb service! Not very child friendly- limited pool hours for kids due to location inside spa , no disney channel but will charge you 9.99 for disney package!
