This remains one of my favorite restaurants in Amsterdam. Friendly staff , excellent French cusine. Location may put some people off, but by all means: try it! Go for the chef 's menu.

The starter and the dessert was fine but the main dish (duck ) was dissapointing. It was super chewy. I told the staff how I felt about it, but they haven’t done anything to make it up.

Although there is no vegetarian menu , they create a delicious ad hoc meal for people that are not really that into meat and fish (into eating it, I mean). Try it
