Go for the Tasting Menu . While it may change from time to time, I am sure it will be excellent! It's worth the splurge.
Good food. Never 8 courses. Very very VERY slow food!!!!
Take the apple pie for dessert . Watch and be surprised...

Don't taje wine paring here - not worth it. 1 bottle for 50 eur would be better.
Overrated, overpiced, bad service. The only positive is the great building and how it has been turned into a great hotel just avoid eating here
