The food is typical IHOP. Not bad but not great. The exterior is unappealing with a lot of trash outside in the front if the building. Other than that, not bad.
My Colorado Omelet was so good ... You can't go wrong with IHOP.

Good food, decent natured servers, but a total prick as the manager. Don't order a large 20oz. milk . You can get a gallon at the store for less.
