First time I came here when they 1st opened, the service was insanely bad. However, such a big difference to now. Service was great and food and coffee was awesome. Ask for Akael alias he's awesome!

This place has come of age. Food was great (try the wagyu burger !). They had issues with service in 2012 but good now.

First visit, place was packed but great service from the wait staff food was great too

Five stars for creativity - The music was to loud for my friend, when I asked them to turn it down she said "the volume is controlled by head office "

Havana Feast very poor value at $17.90. 4 pieces of chorizo , 8 smokey beans, a spoonful of salsa two small eggs , greasy bacon and 1 piece of toast doesn't cut it.

Slow service... cheap ingredients (their chorizo is seriously about 70% fat) and we found hair in 3 out of our four dishes. Would you like some bacon with the fat?

Food is gr8, but takes ages to be delivered. Drinks arrive promptly, but are finished well b4 food arrived.

Service is non existent. Told the waitress we were ready to order waited another 10 mins and saw her constantly chatting to her peers. Other staff were just walking around. We walked out. Poor!

Love the decor...unfortunately dirty ! Mess on floor/tables & hardly anywhere clean to sit. Slow service & blah coffee .

Slow ass service. Its been over an hour since we've ordered and our food (fries and nachos ) haven't arrived yet.
