Friendly staff . Great location 5 min walking distance from Astor Place subway station . Huge studio but gets stuffy & humid on far side away from door. Plenty of lockers. Want a challenge? Take Akin.

We love this location, conveniently located under/next to Blink Fitness. A nice blend of professionals and students at this SC. Oh, and of course everything is brand spankin' new!

Greatest workout of all time! Class is extremely challenging, but extremely rewarding. Music is awesome. Madison and Danny are THE BEST.

It's SoulCycle and it's amazing! Either you drink the kool aid or you don't. This studio had a big make over that included larger dressing rooms and more showers . Bonus!

They are SO friendly at the NoHo location. Five showers can get cramped if you attend a morning class , so be sure to scoot out early and hop in first.

Plan on some extra time if you are changing before or after a class . The men's lockers are outside the locker room , making it a little inconvenient to shower and/or change.

It's All About Eve, motherchuckers. I'm not 87, so I've never seen the movie , but you should take her class ! Also- Charlee & Mantas if you wanna be hot.

Double down on your spinning and ride a bike to or from your SoulCycle class . We have a Citi Bike station one block south at Great Jones Street.

The renovation made the studio so much more spacious and the sound system is amazing (read: take the free earplugs at this location).

The cult-like spinning studio’s Noho location offers the same intense workouts fueled by pump-up dance music and a community atmosphere.

Krista is awesome. Love how the whole studio smells lemony fresh, and the classes are like Friday night dance parties with a whole lotta cardio .

Stevie is awesome! Her classes provide a solid workout and she pushes you to work harder. I always leave her class exhausted, exhilarated and dripping with sweat.

Akin is like if Patrick Bateman was somehow cleared of his crimes and decided he was really, really passionate about soul cycle - so much so that he became an instructor .

I love all the instructors here, but Jenny's classes fill up fast and she is phenomenal. A great class for beginners and pros alike!

Rique is a Legend. Parker is a Party. Other SC favorites/solids: Laurie, Lindsay, Madison, Jason, Erin T, Marvin

Try class with Rique , Tomas , Akin or Madison. This place is totally a cult and I'm a proud member.

Not my favorite studio in terms of locker room and bathroom space (prefer soho and union square) There is lots more space to wait before class than union square though.

Madison's 9:30 Fri. class is absolutely phenomenal. Great music , great energy, great looking.

Becca and Tomas are amazing instructors ! Great music , energy and intensity!

If you want music you can sing to, Ayana's the way to go. Such a fun class !
