Have been a member here for years, and it’s sadly gone directly downhill in the last 3 years. Place is dirty , freezing cold, and always way over capacity. 50$ a month is not worth it.
If you want a great Personal Trainer , ask for Don. He's the Personal Training Manager who trains myself and my husband.
Amazing spin classes ! Each instructor rocks! Julie and Erin are super solid!
If you're new to a class , please watch the instructor when they are demonstrating the exercises .
To see results don't just get stuck doing the same exercise routine. Change it up and target all the muscles in your body.
Well equipped gym however no one ever racks their weights and smith press benches are moved all over the place
Excited for the new upgrades ! Just heard they are adding a pool and racquet ball court.
Get here early for RPM or Body Pump, especially in January!
