It's always way busy here. If you don't make an appointment be prepared to wait. Besides that, the staff is super friendly !
Out of all of the Apple Stores in Arizona , this is the store I come to and spend my money. The manager is an amazing guy, and the employees are always on their A Game!
If you have any problems with any of your apple devices, the genius bar is awesome. Make sure to make an appointment online and they have never let me down and I have never been charged.

Be prepared to see hundreds of people waiting to talk to you but have to wait 3 hours for the Genius Bar . A little top heavy.
