If you ask them to, they'll make your breakfast sandwich with the "round egg " they use on McMuffins instead of that sheet of egg product.

Where it's everyone's first day every day. Really great if you're not in a hurry or want your order to be accurate.

Omg they opened....just go thru the drive thru 5 times in a row. The first 4 times you will hear " sorry we are closed"...the 5th time they will reluctantly take your order. Much success.

22 check ins and this place has NEVER given good service . Guess they want you to guess each order. The menus are never correct outside. During breakfast they show the lunch menu .

My shake is melting as I wait on my order. Pretty sure I will grow old sitting in the reserved lane waiting for my chicken sandwich !

young lady taking payment sat and talked on the phone while I waited. All 3 cars before me got their food and left. She end with "bye baby daddy". Honey you are never going to work anywhere else

Get the spicy McChicken while its still available! So cheap so good

Just got parked to wait on an order directly from the menu. Nugget, chicken wrap , and a meal. Not so difficult. I know why I never come here in a rush!

Go two blocks west to Hardee's. It's worth the extra money. Better service, quicker, accurate and better quality.

If you are going to be downtown at least have employees who can move people through quickly. I know it's McDonald's and all, but seriously.

Good staff at times...but that doesn't make up for 20minute drive thru lines .

They will park you in the drive thru even if your just getting a coke ! Silly

"complicated" orders require a 10 min wait at the yellow line ... What constitutes complicated is subject to interpretation!

They have very exquisite breakfast

This is the SLOWEST McDonald 's in the world. I sat in the drive thru for 19 minutes. The service sucks and the bafoons that work here don't know anything. And they're demanding $10/hr! I think not!!

If they go any slower, they'd be in reverse. Also, prices ring up different than the menu board.

Be prepared to give your order at the speaker, at the pay window , then again at the pick up window

So funny, their sign says open 24 hours . They just told me they are closed til 5am, now I see EVERY employee outside smoking. Must be closed on a Friday night so the employees can smoke.

Its 4:35am and they are closed...?...? Why are you closed......not to mention at 4:15 the drive thru intercom said they would be closed for 5 mins... now what? Just sit in the car and wait.

Oh McDonald's, I have such a love hate relationship with you.

I just ordered a pizza in the drive through and it's here before my food! This is really go gonna screw up everyones order behind me but I'm.out!

Went through drive thru on MORE than one occasion and found out on my way to my next location and I did not even have ONE napkin. Too cheap to give napkins.

Always slow, always packed, never right, be prepared to rage when coming here, make it a last resort only, and do you really want McDonalds this bad????

Worst sercice I've ever had at a fast food restaurant . Also, pretty sure the girl who took my money in the drive through was high. Ray Croc would roll in his grave if ge saw this place.

No spicy mustard , really?! Grrr! Only saving grace is they're open 24hr, albeit slow. Oh well , at least it's hot and fresh.

Worst service. Orders always wrong. Plus someone had pooped in the men's room standing urinal. Be warned.

Always busy and they forget to update some of the prices on the menu when they jack them up!

Check order before you leave drive-thru here. Odds are that it'll be wrong. Happened MULTIPLE times!

No matter when you are here, YOU'RE GOING TO WAIT A LONG LONG time. Definitely not a place to try if you're on a 30 min break. Trust me!!!

Fast food my foot! Slowest McDonalds . I get faster service from a dine in restaurant . Not to mention my order is wrong is all the time.

Avoid this location if you can! Service is terrible and slow! I witnessed a cashier yell at a customer because she took his order incorrectly. Also the restrooms here are filthy!

Gave order at speaker, pay window and pick up window. Hell, I started questioning if I had it right. The lady that took my order was rude and ignorant.

Also always slow--and be sure to check your order before you leave the DT--it's rarely correct.

Who taught these people to work? Worst McDonalds in the city . Lucky for you, it is 2013 and there is likely another a couple blocks away.

Slow service and OLD food. That's U of I's job!!! Also there's always a bunch of college guys that have the maturity of their shoe size.

One of the worst run McDonald's in Indy. Service is always slow, lobby is usually dirty . Try to avoid.
