You've got to check your order. Don't know if the problem is language, training , or caring, but this Dunkin' sometimes produces something different from what you ordered.
The hot ham and cheese sandwich is SO GOOD.

May give up on this Dunkin'. Quality control is a major problem - or deliberate shorting on ingredients - hard to tell if service is sloppy or deliberately bad.
