I loved a concept of open kitchen , especially when it is maintained in such a perfect order, clean and spacey. It gives you additional assurance in quality of food. And the food is great! :)
Menu is really great and well balanced. World champion Noble pâté en croûte. Chef is on top very kind. Just keep in mind for special pieces you need to tell in advance.
Great tasting menu , friendly service in french, english and dutch. Nice atmosphere and great food.
Tasting menu was a little disappointing. The dishes were tasty but missing some idea, from Michelin restaurants I expect some surprising taste build of courageous mix of ingredients. Nice interior.
Ideal for a nice pre-concert dinner . Ask for their pre-theatre menu. You can easily take 3 courses if you enter at 18:00.
Rather expensive but food was good and service efficient and pleasant. Very practical if going to a concert at the Bozar.

The thing with D Martin signed dishes is that it raises expectation. Disappointed about the Simmenthal beef . Asparagus however were pretty good (perfect cuisson).

We walked out. We got a half-assed offer for drinks, then we could not get anyone to our table. In a nearly empty restaurant ! The food looked like it may be nice, but not worth it.

Le menu du chef à 35 euros est une bonne affaire. Ris de veau petits pois purée absolument juste . La mise en bouche est pure esbrouffe, ne pas s'y arrêter.
Cuisine rapport qualité/prix top. Cuisine hors du commun et de qualité. Personnel très pro. À conseiller sans réserve.
La crème de parmesan Reggiano sur le Carpaccio de bœuf est exquise.On appréciera d'être assis sur les légendaires chaises série 7 dessiné en 1955 par Arne Jacobsen.

Nous avons attendu 1h30 entre l'entrée et le plat un mercredi soir alors que le restaurant était rempli à 25%. Le chef devrait descendre de son pied d'estale, c'est inadmissible pour un "gastro ".
