Excellent value for your Euro! Super location (1 metro stop from the main station), nice rooms with good beds and clean bathrooms . Friendly staff and decent breakfast buffet .

I like Motel Ones... To me they deliver the best ratio of price and quality and they are usually in any major city so I don't mind becoming a regular with this chain...

If you don't mind road noise too much (you will hardly hear it with your windows closed anyway), then ask for a top floor room front side (ending in x01 or x02): great views across the Alster lake !

This is a fairly typical hotel for this concept chain: small but well-designed rooms, reasonable service, very nice design, very reasonable prices. Staff friendly but occasionally a bit overloaded.

Nice and clean rooms . Cozy lobby area. Good internet connection .

Nice interiors and good service . The only minus is that on weekends there is a huuuge line for a breakfast

The idea is that you use the lounge as an extension of your room and that consequently the size of your room is not that important; and in this hotel this works well .

The hotel is close to the city and it's a good one. I can suggest that hotel the price and the leisure are good

Motel One has refurbished it's line of hotels ....stylish design....but brand colours easily to be outdated....cheerful though....nice staff ....

Breakfast 7,50 Euro, if you looking for more variety of food, go to the street "Lange Reihe" with good cafés . Only 5 minutes walk.

Go to Gnosa Cafe , it's the best cafe/resturant around, and go see the big lake

Decent price/quality, no-hassle choice of accommodation for a short stay. But the lack of mini-bars was a bit disappointing.

Very nice, clean and modern Motel . Rooms are small but OK for a nicht or two. Breakfast is OK but nothing exceptional. 19 stories, so a very nice view in the upper rooms

They do have Häagan Dasz Strawberry and Creme at The Bar !

Only good thing is that it's clean but has no phone in room, no laundry service , you have to pay in advance, Internet sucks, and air conditioning doesn't work!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Servicekräfte super. Zimmer klein aber ausreichend und sehr sauber, Bad gut und sauber, Frühstück sehr gut, Lounge sehr gut. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Zumindest nächtliches Aufzugsgerumpel ist inzwischen passé. Offenbar haben sich über die Zeit genug Leute beschwert (einschließlich mir :), dass der besagte Lift (1 von 4) nachts nun abgestellt wird.

Sauber, klasse Design . leider hört man die ganze Nacht den Aufzug rumpeln.

Eigentlich mag ich die Kette, aber das Hotel ist sehr laut am Steindamm

Schlechter Service, im Juni gebucht, bei Ankunft im Oktober wurde Zimmer wegen Überbuchung und ohne Info auf Motel 1 am Airport umgebucht. Taxi hin wurde übernommen - zurück nicht! Danke, Motel 1!

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!! Überteuerte und kleine Zimmer !!!
