Great restaurant choices and ample parking space . I wish they wouldn't allow smokers in the al fresco area though. It's outdoors, but still within the building's atrium. It's not a pleasant experience

From Market Market ride a Bus (Central). Ticket is Php 12.00 only available at ticket booth near the bus stop just ask if you cant see it. Then drop at 30th street. Its infront.

I like the variety in here! Balanced food options. Cozy ground floor landscape. The lift just needs some AC for proper ventilation. Overall, Brilliant Place!

Food joints, gym and salon. The ramp in their parking area is just hard to exit especially in manual mode >.<

want a stress-free commute? buy a TapBGC card! you can top it up at the EDSA bus terminal if your balance runs low. no need to go digging through your pockets for change :)

One of the better (if not the best) buses in Metro Manila. Blue Lane is for West Route (going to Ayala), Orange Lane is BGC Central/Stopover bound (going to Market ! Market !)

If you want to go to Market Market or to EDSA, you can ride the bus for P12.

Make sure to have exact 12 php fare to avoid delays! :)

Bus stop nearest to the BIR Taguig, if ever you'll need to go there.

Fort bus is not very reliable if it's a weekend, too early in the morning, too late in the evening, holiday or rainy season. It will take forever to arrive.
