Etihad Business Class Lounge

Hands down the best airport lounge I've ever spent time in. Incredibly spacious seating areas. Enormous buffet spread with incredible food. Fully stocked bar . Luxurious spa and shower facilities .

The experience was great. Friendly staff and good ambiance. I really wanted to try the massage but for somehow it wasnt available at my time of arrival.

First experience = 3.5 star. Food selection is decent. Seating is comfy but less than demand so feels a bit like a luxurious bus stop . Good effort, still some ways to go.

One of the good business class lounges - my expectation was higher than this for Etihad - the shower room is average. However, thw lounge is clean and provides good food and services.

Do not miss the massage here. Its relaxing and done by specialized staff .

Nicely decorated but; both business and first are in the same room. Signs are problematic: you need to decipher them. Needs some work to be done

15 min free massage at the mini spa inside the lounge . First come first served, so book as soon as you get in the lounge .

Good lounge but avoid around midnight as completely packed with very few seats free. Good decent choice of food and drink. Not a patch on Dubai though.

Should let those vaping in the lounge area rather than sharing the smoke toxic in the dedicated smoking area ...

Not the place to bring a family.. Place is overcrowded most of the time. Ask for private rooms. Sometimes you get lucky :)

Very small lounge finding a comfortable chair is difficult situated in a corner and needs finding. Only good part is 15min free spa treatments

By the gate 35. Washroom shower closed down, difficult to get spa shower , lot traffic

3 Oct Don't trust the new Etihad Car contractor to pick you up for yr @ AUH departing flight. Ring call centre and complain and they will refund your taxi fare

Forget the showers in the ladies bathroom . It's barely stronger than a dripping tap and the water temperature goes from lukewarm to scalding.

The massages here are popular so book on arrival.

Free massage in a dedicated SPA inside the lounge . 15 minutes service is free. It's a pity that is impossible to buy any service on top of the first free 15 mins

Gold members traveling economy are supposed to check in Terminal 1 and use Al Reem lounge but twice I haven't been allowed in at Terminal 1. EY wouldn't let me in here either so three long walks reqd

Don't sit near French types having a conference call on speaker in the lounge . 

Nice place for long wait to next flight, you'll get comfort quite room & shower room for refreshing yourself

Taking a shower ? Use the Spa shower room instead. Its way much better.
