Full-Bone Cut if you can handle 350 gmail of the tenderest, juiciest steak in town ! The Gulliver's for those with lesser gastric capacities (250 gms).
I had the full bone cut and about half of the gulliver's cut from my wife's plate. The steak was ok. I've had better.
