Some good hot food like chicken wings and french fries , and some good alternative sushi with sauces like seared pepper salmon makes it great for even non-seafood lovers. And the mini-train is cool!
Shinkansen trains keep your food fresh in the kitchen, rather than regular Kaiten sushi , which who knows how many laps your nigiri has done.
