Whalon Lake

The Forest Preserve District of Will County's Whalon Lake provides parking areas, latrines, water fountains, two shelters, and access to an off-leash dog park, 2.36 miles of the paved DuPage River Trail, and the 80-acre Whalon Lake for fishing, boating, and canoeing/kayaking. Open 8 a.m.-sunset.

This dog park do need permit , and they do check for it! You can get the permit at nearby will county facility or I think u can buy a day paas if the ranger is there
