Yamanobe-san is very generous in thick cut of katsuo sashimi and it is best to serve with Shochu !
Order the whole piece Shima Aji then you can ask the chef to prepare both Tataki sashimi and deep fried fish bone. Yummy !
Follow chef suggestion on seasonal sashimi , pick some drinking nibbles and enjoy the shochu .

Good food. Pretty bad service though. I tried to order alcoholic drink for dinner but they required us to add 20 dollars for snack . Pretty unreasonable.

Yummy! Katsu is freshly fried, crispy! Black pork with Ginger Shabu is good too! It is said it is a popular dish at Tokyo, really like it! Also sashimi is fresh. Japanese chef is kind. Must go back! - food smile
Reserve the fish early. They have kinki where you can do half sashimi and half soup - JK
