After my bad experience on July 5th '14 the manager responded to my email very politely & apologetically. He even remembered me from previous visits. He accommodated warm-heartedly! I'll go back now.

True ice cream enthusiasts say "surprise me" when they are asked to order! I got a "This Is How I Roll" from Tiffany!

Personal favorite ice cream creation: Like It sized cheesecake ice cream with raspberries and chocolate chip mix-ins.

Look at the menu online before going in or be ready to be overwelmed by the amount of choices for toppings

The employees were nice enough, but ColdStone just isn't what it used to be, and the prices are waaaay too high to not get excellent service.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! I was ignored about 7 minutes only to be blunty asked "what you need!" If customers need to be informed procedures, TELL THEM! Not Ignore! Worst service!
