Collections Cafe is a unexpected hidden gem in Seattle Center . Beautifully executed small plates . Order a 'collection' of small plate dishes reasonably priced. Include the octopus , cheese curds .

Meatloaf sliders are fantastic! Large order has 4, enough to share with your honey . Side of fries are shoestrings with good crisp and perfect amount of salt.

Great burger and strawberry lavender lemonade and a weird but interesting collection of things from accordions to shaving brushes are all around the cafe .

The Pork Belly Benedict is so on point here!!!! Poached egg , syrup , waffle ...it doesn't get any better

Spanish theme menu is fantastic. Worth stopping for a meal. Staff and service was excellent as well . Highly recommended.
