Sit outside and you can get a beautiful view of the lighthouse .

Can't beat the view ! A family place with great food. Try the scallops fresh off the dock (breakfast here is good too)

Make sure you have cash when you're there. Kelly's is a cash only restaurant . If you forgot cash there's an ATM at the store Andy's which is right next to it.

Kelly's Old Barney Restaurant is nicely located at the entrance of parking for the lighthouse . I remember this establishment back in the 60' when I was a kid. Kelly's has very good food.

In 2011 no debit or credit cards accepted. The public bathrooms just outside in the parking lot are cleaner then theirs.

Feels like they don't want customers. Everyone but our server seemed angry. No music just quiet . Plus the trash outside their restaurant that is clearly from their guests.

Order the PB&J!

Food is not great, and service is bad (been this way on more than one occasion). Don't come here. There are plenty more great places to eat on LBI.

Don't get the salad with crab , which may as well have been a bunch of crab meat from a tin can dumped on old crappy lettuce and covered in cheap ranch dressing .
