One of the worse Best Buys in the area. I swear that most of their help is retarded and don't know how to do their damn jobs. Also, the music section is smaller than other stores.
3 days before Christmas and they have hosts walking around to greet you but not to help you with product availability. Not a good use of staffing. Will be shopping somewhere else for the holidays.
24.99 for a USB cable, that's crazy when you can get it for 3.99 on newegg.com
You can't "just look" at this store, they will constantly harass you to "help" you.
Do NOT buy cellphone plan here! Returned to Bestbuy next day but BB didn't cancel my service & it got sent to collections called everyday to get help! Took 3 mths had to pay $30 for one day of service
