Dr. Patek is a gray surgeon and has a terrific bedside manner . I agree with the others re: waiting & you have to pay all ins. fees upfront.

The best takes time. I have 2 artificial knees that are great.

Bring a sweater! I love cold and it was still a little chilly for me in the waiting room. You'll be there for a while.

Administrative staff and amazing doctors .

Dr. Jimenez is amazing surgeon , but lacks bedside manners and plan to spend hours waiting to see him for office visits

Don't do it!!! This place is pretty much exactly what is wrong with our health care industry. They don't care about you at all- all you are to them is insurance. It's awful and makes you feel the same

Went there with a patient for an escort and was very uncomfortable being there. Rude staff and people from rich neighborhoods . These two dumb blondes kept staring at me like I'm a freak or something.

Don't come here unless you feel like waiting for hours on end! Plus the staff doesn't seem like they know what's going on.

I've been sitting here for over 4 1/2 hours to see Dr. Mardjetko. Once I hit 5hrs we're out of here! This place is a joke. Completely unacceptable and disrespectful for our time.

Been here for three hours and still waiting for the damn procedure to start Seems they are waiting for an operating room to open WTF??

The reception staff is rude. Trying to find a better doctor so I can disaffiliate myself with IBJ.
