Get the Apple Store app. It allows you to request help from a Specialist in-store, make a Genius appointment , and lets you buy stuff right from your phone using the credit card on your Apple account.

It is always a good idea to make an appointment when going to the store. That way you an even more great service than just dropping in. If you have the Apple store app you can do it easily.

Apple Service has greatly declined. Been a customer since my Apple IIc makes me very disheartened. Get it together Apple, this poor customer service has got to be effecting my stock shares.

Nathan (a Genius Bar manager) couldn't do what I wanted, but was at least human and did what he could to help. Can't beat that during the holidays or any day for that matter.

Very crowded and frustrating because of a clerical error by apple , but in the end the staff jumped through several hoops to take care of me as quickly as they could.

Go to the back corner unplug the iPhone and put yours in to charge it if you're low on battery, it works!

Second time here in last two for the same hardware issue on my IPhone X. Not happy.

During weekends, it may be overcrowded from noon-6pm so don't expect remarkably fast service so I suggest you shop here during weekdays/nights.
