I am impressed , no line ! We were seated immediately in a weekend morning!!very good menu with different choices. For sure I am coming back . Goat cheese ommelet is delicious

I wasn't sure what to expect for a chain, but it exceeded my expectations. I had a ham and cheddar crepe , and it had a reasonable portion size and was delicious.

This downtown location is great for anyone staying at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth. Service was great and they prepared orders to go for lunch . Only issue, no where to sit or wait for to go orders.

Great place to bring your children.Try the 3 Meat poêlées with Chorizo

Food is great, but service experience may vary.

I love this place, but the lineup at the door is a mess.

Changed utensils twice to get a set without crap on it. Coffee came with "surprise" on the underside. Someone needs to learn how to wash dishes properly.

For something that I had to wait close to an hour for, their eggs benedict was really underwhelming.

Horrible service today. Waited almost 20 minutes to get our drink order taken, and others who arrived after us were served first.

Stale waffles , microwaved ham and they never clean the tables prior to seating the customers. Nope.

Good stuff but the service sucks

Constant bad service, waiting for 10mins & when asked waitress to take my order she told me "calmez-vous". How does this place stay open?

La nourriture est moyenne et le service n'est pas très bon. J'ao commandé un café déca et la serveuse m'a fait un refill avec caféine et je n'est jamais reçu mes toast .

On y mange bien mais le service est à chier ; le personnel semble se cr*sser complément de la clientèle .
