Hardware Upgrades or New Activations can be completed without going to the Wireless & Cable Service Counters. Use the main counter.
Store has been converted from a Video Retail Outlet with Cable & Wireless Service Counters to a Service Centre for Rogers. No longer is there video or game rentals.
New "service" system is a disaster. No one has a clue of what's going on (patrons & staff ). #Fail on all levels. Tempers flairing amongst all of the confusion. Tip: Don't forget to bring popcorn
