Frequently they forget to take off the .10 for me using a reuse able cup. On the plus side, I'm guessing its easier to give a free drink coupon instead of fixing the order...! Good day for me!

quick service this weekdays even with a long line . they just need to hear out names&orders well ,but other than thats its ok.its nice its just beside barnes&noble so no need to go out in the cold. :)

Whoa. The "barristas" here are incredibly rude and dismissive. Plus, if you ask if your coffee is decaf , they'll say yes, even if it's not. So you've got a 50/50 chance it's what you ordered.

The lines can be long, but there's a good amount of seating for such a small location.

Repeat your order twice. I visited this location 4 weekends in a row due to a class , and every time my order was wrong or not placed.

The line is usually only long in the morning

This is a weekday warrior Starbucks. A great place to stop on your way to work, but the weekend staff is a hot mess.

Try a refresher. No seriously, they're really good.

Some of the people working here have no idea what they're doing... The cashier didn't know what ristretto was and didn't even bother to ask anyone. Awful customer service!
