Strange smell when I walked in..and they didn't have any shorts in the juniors section....this is summer in Phoenix...shorts are a necessity!

Worse Ross I've been to. Employees are rude and unhelpful and did nothing when customers were cutting in line . Not like it was busy either. Very disappointed.
