The best internet connection ever! ???????? That was Chinese sense of humuor! ???????? Rubbish internet connection.On the other hand, fantastic personnel???????? They're so friendly .And the location is perfect????

Privileged location, at the heart of the city center. On the 45th floor (revolving restaurant ), you eat a delicious food while enjoying the 360° views of the city .

Very nice hotel , breakfast was quite delicious w/ international goods.Location is just center of shanghai in people square . Very closed to pedestrian street which are full of shops.

İnternet complimentary , nice location, at least two og the people republic metro station is next to hotel , close to bund, nice helpful staff all speaking good English (except duty room service lady)

Great hotel in the center of Shanghai . Close to everything. Nice breakfast . Good beds. The top restaurant and bar is definitely worth a visit.

Fine hotel conveniently located on People's Square, easy walk to Nanjing Rd and Bund or local restaurants JiaJia for xiao long bao . Metro across the street!

During 4 and 6am they have nespresso and Croissant in the lobby! What a perfect idea for all who has to leaf early!

Nice view from the Dome Bar + great cocktails . After 11ish PM live band with cheesy pop songs. Only downer, you have to pay your drinks every time you order.

A/c is not working, it was set to 19 degrees, cold as ice. And they put cotton in wall plugs so some of them cant be used.

This hotel is not that great. Certainly over sold on expectation on the Internet. Service level is unprofessional, cold and unfriendly. Overall check in and concierge experience is horrible.
