The ingredients are fresh!! The taste is also very authentic , of course it is no way near those shops in Tsukiji, but this one is considered good outside of Japan .
Good sashimi , selection of 3 Japanese beers -- Sapporo , Suntory Premier, Asahi
The tuna shashimi is amazing... basically their variety of sashimi is just too good to be true. Hopefully they can ssustain to continue to serve their fresh shashimi.
Premium place for sushi , you pay for quality. Had the Sushi to Kitsune soba . Tasty broth.
