所谓伟大的公司，维修预约系统连个黄牛都解决不了，真正需要预约售后的客户预约不到，直接上门又拒绝提供服务！真他妈想给库克写信骂娘！让我这个从一代买到五代iPhone用户伤心！这就是对中国市场的重视？虽然黄牛可恶，但是Apple自己也不实质解决问题，更让人失望！
全世界最差的苹果体验店，没有之一。工作人员Coco极其没有礼貌和不专业，在还没试的情况下就直接拒绝我的visa卡。刷卡成功后不愿意提供消费凭据。最终在主管的协调下不情不愿开了票，然后头也不回就走人，更没有把产品给我们。最后也不愿意为自己的不专业服务道歉，还是由她的主管和店里的外籍主管代为道歉。这种职业素养，果然才是苹果在中国越做越差的原因吧
