Apple Roosevelt Field

Had the camera replaced in my phone as part of a recall. Scheduled an appointment and things couldn't have gone smoother. From check in to phone fixed was quick, efficient and all done with a smile.

Always book your genius appointment ahead of time- and/or know what you want before you come- for the best experience. Though the staff is super helpful, the crowds are always ridiculous.

Be nice to the genius, I had a 4:00 appointment , arrived at 4:02 and was out the door with my problem fixed by 4:16.

if your battery is low, you can plug in to one of the displays. they're too busy to notice or care.

Genius Bar Rocks...I have always spoken with a friendly , knowledgeable person who actually cares that my situation is taken care of. Online reservations are great feature

There was a lady working back in the Genius Bar area that was just so rude to me. when I was told something different by a different Genius Bar employee. Wish I didn't have to deal with them anymore

The store has moved from it's normal location to the first level.
