My childhood restaurant . My family always celebrates b'days and anniversaries here. ❤ their escargots , french onion soup , chicken maryland, chicken a la kiev, chicken a la king and their lobster .

Grilled Premium Lamb Chop : kinda tough; Garlic Tenderloin Steak : don't really like as too lean; Seafood Chowder : not bad :); French Baked Onion : nice one; Oyster : good. Chilled; service: good.

Us seafood soup was tasty with fresh seafood . Steak was good too. Last but not least, their service very good

A little big towards the pricy side in my opinion. Nonetheless food is great service is great. They even have continental Chinese food if u don't want western stuff.

Come here on New Year eve. No reservation , 16 pax get my tables within 5 mins. For the service. So much better than Victoria Station ( booked , waited for 1 hour & still don't get our table ready)

Grilled premium lamb chop is really nice, must try with black pepper sauce .

Lots of people here for Father's Day. Haven't been to the Ship for many years. Go for the sizzling steak of beef .

The Sizzling Sirloin steak is to die for. But please wear the bib, and don't wear your best suit if you want to order this.

Soup and starter came together. Main came a few min after while other guest were still at their starter. Their premium lamb , wow worse lamb I have ever tasted ! One word: DISAPPOINTING !

Even though we made reservation , we were told they don't take reservation for tonight. Luckily it wasn't full house, so we got our table in a jiffy. Wine corkage fee is rm24.90 only.

Truthfully the best steak in town ! Sizzling steak is most favourite to be ordered

I heard their steak is good but I don't take beef . Had sizzling lamb and it's good :-)

Tried to make a reservation for last weekend, but was denied. Server said they don't take bookings any more over the weekend: walk-in service only. Be prepared to wait, as we did!

Once a well known steak house which has become a mass market western food restaurant .

Mushroom soup taste like the one u cook at home from the campbell tin. This is not in house made, and it does not come with a garlic bread . Plus it's not hot.

How come they use chinese mushroom on his fillet mignon steak ??

Omg rubbish food, torched escargots , steak is just horrible, frozen prawns , and it goes on.

Chicken Kiev : is normally golden brown (other restaurants ). The Ship's was charcoal brown aka burned)

Forgotten what's this dish name. So so nia. The button mushroom is cold. Presentation is not good. When they say its cooked with butter sauce , the sauce is actually swimming inside the chicken . 4/10

My friend recommend this place for western food but I found no good at all compare to the price. The cooking for steak is only like street cooking. The sauce is very thick n gluey. Not recommended.

They don't do reservations for weekends now. It is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Found scrub metal in the baked fish . Hope no one will get food poisoning from any left over dish washer liquid... or hurt if it goes in and cuts.

Phoenix Neptune Combo: it was supposed to be hot plate chargrilled chicken . The name says it all. Chicken chargrilled says it all. They came out "charrrrred" (burned). So bad they had to replace it

Very poor service. Walk in at the entrance no staff bother to serve. Dining table not properly set up. No warm water provided... please don't come here... better go Victoria Station better quality

I came back here after many years and realized what I haven't missed and why I won't be coming back here again. Beef (if you can call it that) was over cooked and tough. Service is poor

Horrible. Totally horrid. Paid waaaaay too much for lousy quality of food. My "premium" lamb chop was served in small pieces. That's not even a decent cut. Even worse, all marinated to be sugar sweet!
