The Sumiyaki Blend is my regular. It's salable enough that the beans are relatively fresh, and both flavorful and light. Syphon brewing really makes a soothing, smooth cup. Makinis.
Red velvet cake - moist and not too sweet. Green tea cake with red beans (or something to this effect) - acquired taste, not for sweet tooth; would have been better if slightly moist.
Keto Tip: Their Kimchi Cauli Rice is worthy of praise. I got the Visayan Pork Adobo as an add-on for some protein ????????
