Must say that this is a good place to explore and get a nice view of Mt. Rainier ! I didn't go out on the docks though, couldn't figure out a way out there.
Be careful walking on the docks - the boards are loose and slippery when wet. The wobbly finger piers will give your ballancing skills a work out.
Amazing place to dock and watch a sunset .
