Christmas work luncheon had oxtails under a bed of rice , greens ,mac&cheese, cornbread and yams . Cant forget dessert sock it to me cake enough for 4 people to eat but im not sharing:-)

Loved the red beans with rice . The hot water cornbread is the Best. Large portions too
