Our room wasn't ready when we reached the hotel so they gave us a suite and a fruit bowl instead????. The stuff were very hostile and the manager helped us a lot. And we had a view on the swimming pool

If you see the shuttle bus when leaving the airport , just ask to have a ride. They will tell you the service is exclusively for air companies crew, but if you insist, you can get it for 150 SR.

Good food, friendly customer service staff and newly renovated rooms are amazing.

Rooms here have a damp smell. Definitely not at par with the Holiday Inns of the world. Pretty much away from corniche and central areas.

I think this hotel has the worst telephone service ever, first no directory list on the phone; second the operators are not bad but i have waited like 6 hours to get tooth brush !

Rooms are only worth on the 2nd floor. The rest of the hotel is very old and abandoned

كانت معاملتهم جداً راقية،لكن تكيف الغرفة سيء ومزعج وقد اتيت قبلها وايضاً كانت المشكلة التكيف

ما اسمحلك هذا اول فندق ادخله في جده يوم زواجي قبل مايزيد على عشرين عاما

الوضع غير مريح جدا، الستاير مغبره جدا مجرد تحريكها الغرفه كلها تصير تراب، شى موطبيعي ابدا
