The Lower Peirce Reservoir, Singapore's second-oldest reservoir, was built by impounding the upper reaches of the Kallang River and was commissioned in 1912.

Many early morning activities going on. There are at least 2 to 3 organized Tai Qi groups! Also it's a free for all to just jog, walk or cycle and enjoy the early morning fresh air !
Much quieter than macritchie , good trail for walks too.
Climb over the ledge and sit on the lower tier. The silence is endearing.
