The chicken fried chicken with eggs is a popular brunch item. What really surprised me here was how amazing their biscuits are, some of the best I've ever had.

Went here for the first time today! So delicious and a great environment! The waffle platter and biscuits and gravy are to die for! Get there before 8am to avoid waiting for a table!

The food, especially the french toast , was perfect. Maybe the first breakfast where my eggs actually arrived as ordered. That would be reason enough to eat there, but the service cant be beat.

Best diner in the KC area by far. Super fast, friendly service . Awesome food. There’s always a line on the weekend but it’s worth the wait. ????

if you haven't tried their biscuits and gravy they are great also! I am a regular and even if you're not, they always go out of their way to greet you and make you feel welcome:-)

Kate's is the best breakfast/lunch place in the Northland. Great food, great service. Favorites are the Chicken Fried Chicken , Red Hot Mamacado , Santa Fe Salad . Great pancakes , great everything.

Great breakfast/diner spot. Standard omelette , waffle , French toast , pancakes , eggs/bacon/sausage goodness. Gets supa bizy on weekends, though.
