Chef Nathan Lockwood was most recently at supper club The Ruins. Now he has his own little spot on Capitol Hill , serving seasonal Italian with Northwest flourishes. [Eater 38 Member]
If Michelin rated Seattle, I bet this place would get two stars. Fantastic experience all around and amazing food. Best restaurant I've been to in Seattle so far.
Tasting menu is pretty cool and inventive. Your choice of classic wine pairing , "modern" with mixed drinks and beer , and non-alcoholic pairing. Excellent service !
Went out of my way during my weekend Seattle trip to come here. Absolutely worth it. What experience you have here is not one you'll forget.
Absolutely THE best restaurant in Seattle at this time. It's Italian inspired but don't expect the standard fare.
Definitely not a two dollar sign restaurant as this site suggests. Take out a mortgage on the home. Lots and lots of fresh truffles and very, almost too, complex dishes. The desserts were the best.
The Pappardelle may be the best thing I have ever eaten. Great presentation, and great food overall. Definitely a place that I'll go back to.
I went here for my birthday dinner and tried the 5 course tasting menu , absolutely delicious. Sit at the bar to watch the chef work his magic.
The three course menu was amazing
The food here is excellent. The staff are brilliant, the atmosphere informal. One of the we best in the PNW
Very excellent foodie experience. It was great to sit at the bar and watch the chef cook. Careful, it's expensive , but worth it.
Excellent tasting menu . Wish they didn't make you pick only 3 courses
try: gnocchi with a rich Abruzzese ragu of lamb , or pappardelle with with braised tripe , oxtail , or both.
Great food, worst service. More than 20 minutes between courses, Sommelier that comes back to check on the wine only after the 3rd course, and not even an apology at the end of the evening.
Ask for seats at the bar , which boasts the best views in the house. Open views of the dynamic action in the kitchen.
Was here for anniversary dinner . The beef tartar appetizer was very good. Entree was okay, the meat was a little dry. Dessert was alright.
Friendly service & great food. Try the waygu & rabbit for the mains! Very delicious.
Every thing is AMAZING
The ribeye for two has a $65 added charge to it but it is worth every penny.
Best Italian food I've had so far, in the state
Absolutely delicious! Don't miss the olive oil flight ^_^
A Seattle attempt at sophistication. But this place totally misses the mark.
Great for special events .
try: tasting pasta menu
Have anything and everything. Also best bread in Seattle!
It’s just OK. Slow pace, OK food - but nothing close to a Michelin star experience which some reviews suggest
Everything
The iberico pork is fantastic.
If available, get the gnocchi ragu . And then four more.
Great food!!!!
Get the basil snail tagliatelle .
You need to eat this food.
