I just can't stay anywhere else in Jeddah. Big rooms and excellent service from a very friendly staff . Love it
It's a hotel for males only. No gym for females, no pool, no spa . Breakfast is good and rooms clean and tidy.

The location is good, being connected to Red Sea Mall is awesome for some shopping and spend times. The staff is good but the management is poor. The food is terrible, I found one hair in a dish there

One of the best hotels in Jeddah.
It's the little things that make a difference. One being complimentary mini-bar on your first night's stay. Whether you use it or not, it's a nice touch. Shukran, ELAF.
Alrazi meeting room is a good option if you have meeting with 10 participants or less
Nice hotel but avoid the rooms with mall view on the first floor.. You ll face a wall !!

Overrated & Overpriced! The only advantage of this hotel is the location. It’s attached to the RedSea mall . Other than that, it has a 3-stars hotel standards!

Not recommended , high rate (Sr1560) in comparison to service, reception tried to bargain with me late check out to 3: 00 pm by half night rate, ( During ramadan knowing that my flight at 8 :30)

It’s a great place but Unfortunately no car parking ☹️☹️
They are not flexible nor accommodating to guests' needs. The front office has bad customer service. They are so not customer satisfaction driven. Go to Hilton or Sherton instead.

Avoid... Poor Customer Service from most staff , and Management unable to control noisy guests that come in late from the mall . Stay at Hilton instead!!

ثاني مرة اقيم فية بس احنا طالبين غرفة غير مدخنين ومطلة ولما جينا الموظفة حطتنا مدخنين وبالدور الاول مع انة فية موظف تواصل معانا هاتفيا واخذ التفاصيل الحجز ???? ان شاء الله مايعيدون الغلط
للأسف لوجود قاعة أفراح لم نستطيع النوم حتى الساعة 5 فجراً عند إنتهاء المطربة من الصرااخ ولايوجد حل لهذه المشكلةمع توصية الفندق بإلتزام الهدوء بعد الساعة 8 مساءً (الموضوع الذي كرهني ف الفندق )
من افضل الفنادق اللي سكنت فيها، الموظفين يخدمونك بعيونهم تعامل راقي ولطيف يعطيهم العافيه، كمان ميزته انه جنب الرد سي مول
الغرفه حلوه و الفندق نظيف و خدمتهم ممتازه .. بس مشكلته مافيه عازل اسمع اصوات الغرف الثانيه احسبها عندي ... ????

الغرف واسعة، خدمة الطاقم إجمالا عادية، مدخل الفندق من داخل المول يمر بمقهى الفندق الذي يعج بالشباب بصورة مزعجة جداً، مواقف الفندق قليلة جداً وستكون صاحب حظ رائع لو توفر لك، التقييم الاجمالي ٧ من ١٠
