GREAT hotel for traveling families. Not a casino , but right off the Strip. Kids want the rooftop pools . You want the in-room kitchenettes and laundry machines.
Tiffany was the best front desk person! Beautiful view and close to the strip with no resort fees! Love this place!
After hotel hopping, I can say the rooms here are fantastic. Little kitchen is nice. Middle of the strip about 5 min walk away. Quiet hotel with no casino , but close to the entertainment.
The rooms are nice and the 38th floor pool has a bar and great view . Valet is quick and efficient.

Friendly front desk staff . Decently sized but dated rooms. Free valet parking . A few minutes walk to Walgreens and other things on the Strip.

Stayed in the 3 bedroom villa . Split between 5 of us made it very affordable . It was very spacious and comfortable but the pool is ridiculously tiny. Great location though.
The complimentary valet is awesome. When you make a request for your car, it will be there in 3-5 minutes

Beautiful two bedroom, two bath, Suites that can sleep 6-8 comfortably. Not far from the strip. Small rooftop pool was the only drawback.
I checked into using the room keys to access PH pools and this wasn't true. You have access to the Polo Towers pool right across the way.
Rooms are spacious and amazing. Can't beat the double showers and HUGE bath tubs. Rooms are gorgeous. Downer: pool is teeny. Boooooo.

Valet is really slow. Put in your ticket and you'll be waiting about 15 minutes until your car arrives.
Taxis DO NOT charge $20. They do not have a flat rate. Shuttles make more than one stop, so you are on their time, unlike the taxi which takes 10 minutes to airport , rather than 20 like the shuttle.
Look Las Vegas is totally nuts - I don't think I can offer too many tips as I'm in mental overload

The pool on the roof has a great view but is really small...use your room key to get access to the Planet Hollywood and PH Westgate hotel pools instead.
It's like pulling teeth to get good service . The rooms are not cleaned nor do they clean them daily. At night the computers update and you run the risk of your key not working for the elevator .

Beautiful rooms but shower had no water pressure and room did not get cleaned until after 4 pm. No bar or restaurant and rooftop pool is extremely small

Don't plan on pool time here. Not only is it tiny, the lounges are grungy and painful. It's pretty yucky.
