Taqueria La Veracruzana

This place is excellent! Their tortillas are hand made and the quesadilla seemed to be cooked in lard, the old fashioned way. My friends, who know authentic Mexican food , immediately bookmarked it!

The beef soup was surprisingly authentic and good. The tacos al pastor dish was tasteless and cheap/old tasting. Salsas are made so spicy I couldn't eat them. Chips are nice and crispy . No wifi :(

It's cheap and delicious. I've only had better tacos at one restaurant since coming to California and that was at taqueria cancun in San francisco.

Whaaaaa. Where's my rice and beans?? I paid $8.50 for 3 mini taco combo (tacos reg $1.50 ea) and LITERALLY one spoon of rice and beans. It was ok. I may be back.

Decent, friendly , neighborhood taqueria . Not the best but good for the area. Service is relatively fast and prices are very reasonable.

They have menudo on Friday and Saturday

Milanesa torta is good, so is the burrito .

Carnitas burrito was awesome! Super quick service also

Eh, not a very good taqueria . Sauce and meat seems cheap . CA is full of taquerias so I can probably find a better one close by.
