Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa

My first trip to Mexico and being at dreams Tulum was just truly amazing. The attention to detail by staff was exceptional. A big thanks to my friends who invited to try this all inclusive resort .

Well this is our first day here and it seems like we struck gold! Beautiful resort , great accommodation and excellent food for all inclusive. I will update as the stay progresses...

Spectacular resort , several restaurants with varied and amazing food. It is a place where you can really disconnect, relax and have fun in a beautiful setting.

The beach is absolutely fabulous. There are many drug users - I could smell pot several times and saw once cocaine being prepared in public toilet by the beach . Rooms (2) were not properly cleaned .

This is an unlimited luxury resort (all inclusive). The people that work here don't make a lot of money. Reward them for their hard work by TIPPING. We budget about $100 week in tips.

Great location, solid beach except for Rocky and painful water entrance. Good varied restaurants .

Beware of the 'UNLIMITED VACATIONS CLUB'. They will entice you to attend their 90 min presentation for a $250 spa credit. It's an $18000 vacation discount program with questionable marketing /sales.

Careful! If u r a referred guest (which I wasnt) u will have 2 attend a mandatory sales presentation otherwise they will threaten u w/charging u full price 4 ur stay. I lost my flight back bc of it.

The Tokyo tea ... Damn good drink add a splash of Curaco on top

It was really great, until we got screwed over by being forced to go to a timeshare presentation because we were "preferred guests" when we actually weren't. May or may not be coming back here.

If you need anything, Daniel at the concierge is the most helpful (and nice!)

Disappointing second stay here. Accommodations are decent but service and food were subpar.

Excelente resort, inmejorable servicio de todo el staff siempre sonriente y amables. La comida y las bebidas 100% calidad! Portofino (Italiano), Bordeoux (Frances), y el mejor pretzel en Coco café ☕️

Bellísimo. Servicio siempre amable y sonriente; excelente calidad en los alimentos y bebidas; las habitaciones y la vista son perfectas (Hacienda León); el Bordeaux , Himitsu y El Patio , excelentes

Es un excelente lugar para ir a relajarse y olvidarse del estrés del trabajo o inclusive de la misma ciudad. Sus playa es ideal para caminar mientras meditas o simplemente te puedes leer un libro .

Maravilloso hotel , con excelente servicio. Súper recomendable sentarse por unas buena bebidas en el lobby con la compañía del barman Limberth. Muy buena comida y excelentes bebidas.

Gran opción de hospedaje. Se respira tranquilidad . Tienes una gran playa y buenas piscinas que la complementan. Sus restaurantes muy buenos.

Possède une très belle plage . Les cocktails manquent un peu d'alcool . Le bar dans la piscine est sympa. Dommage que la boite de nuit ainsi que le all inclusive se finissent à 1h du matin maximum.

El personal es muy amable, las instalaciones muy bonitas y los alimentos y bebidas de muy buena calidad. El restaurante Bordeaux es el mejor.

Increíble, servicio de todo el staff de 10, si el plan es relajarte y no salir del hotel esta perfecto el all inclusive es bueno tanto en alimentos y bebidas, no recomiendo el spa , caro y normal

Está visita ha sido maravillosa, el servicio del hotel es inigualable. La cena romántica en la playa fue increíble, vale con creces el precio a pagar.

No soy fan de los resorts all inclusive pero debo admitir que este no esta mal. El servicio es excelente, todos los empleados se desviven en atenciones. La comida es buena sin ser extraordinaria.

Hotel muy lindo , con staff amable y buen servicio , lo único que no me gustó fue la comida. Me parece que la calidad de los alimentos no está a la altura del lugar.

En general bien!! Tiene mucho que mejorar; la habitación que nos entregaron tenía muchos detalles... nos cambiaron y mejoró sustancialmente!!! Supervisar es la palabra!

Es una vergüenza que uno tenga que hablar todo en inglés, que se pierdan las tradiciones mexicanas y el idioma que hasta tengamos que comer comida estilo taco bell,Una vergüenza que se americanice

Si estás en las suites cerca de la playa , tómate 15 minutos antes para llegar sin que el pulmón se te salga ;)
