This chain of restaurants throughout BE and NL serves decent burgers . Staff is fast, pricing reasonable. Location in Gent is excellent. No reservations accepted. Expect tourists inside.

Freshly made tasty burgers . Very delicious, you have to pay extra for a side dish, but you won't be left hungry when you opt to have a burger alone. Excellent homemade lce-Tea!

My favourite burger in Brussels--nay, Belgium. Worth its price, for my part. Service is hit or miss, though: ranges from very hospitable to bluntly impolite... But the burgers ...

I love the default medium rare doneness, but some people don't. Make sure to ask if you want your burger more cooked!

due to not a lot of options in Ghent in terms of burgers , this is still one of the best burger places in Ghent..

Burgers are delicious, prices are around 10€. Craft beer is also a good pair with burgers .

Quality burgers , a little high prices, helpful staff . An addition of a couple of gourmet burger choices is suggested.

While the food itself and the service is still quite good, it has become very commercial. We couldn't even get a slight modification to the burger ! Could as well go to McDonald's. It'll be cheaper.

Half an hour waiting. Maybe worth it if you eat meat, but the veggie burgers (Portobello and soy cheese ) are not worth it. And don't forget the sides are not included.

They are always slow! The one in Mechelen is super fast. Be ready to wait for 30-40 minutes before you get your order.

Gave them a second chance... Unfortunatley still couldn't win us over! Paid 9€ excl. Fries for 2 slices of toast bread , 1 slice tomato & 1 slice of cheese ... I think that is totally overpriced!

There are better burger restaurants , but if you’re in the city center and hungry, this is a decent place to eat.

The burgers are ok, fries not included! you get a little bowl for 3.50 so you pay almost 20 euro's with a soda with it. overpriced and not so friendly staff . not coming again.

Overpriced overall. Fries were not good. Burger is semi-medium cooked by default, be sure to be specific when ordering. In conclusion: I would not recommend this place to my friends.

Asked for no pickles but that's not possible because the chefs are to stubborn. Guess all the people serving still have a lot to learn...

Bad service; unfriendly and slow. We wanted to change to a sunnier place, that was to difficult because we already ordered.. within an hour we only received a drink.
